Maybe you are not ranking for that particular keyword in yahoo or your rankings are way behind.

The second reason is that there might be a very less amount of searches for that keyword.

I am totally agree with Nile.For indexing in any search engine you need Lot's of quality back links.I also think that you have to built as maximum as you can quality back links with web2.0 technologies for your site then only you can listed in yahoo.
